CDC ARBORG (FP Genetics)

CDC Arborg brings together the top two characteristics of a white milling oat; very high grain yields and high beta-glucan for the miller. CDC Arborg is early maturing and shows excellent standability scores in registration trials.

CDC ANSON (FP GENETICS)

CDC ANSON is a shorter variety that stands up to high fertility and/or adverse soil conditions like peat bogs. It shows to be gaining quicker acceptance by the millers and we appreciated how easy it was to thrash and get a great looking sample.

AAC WESLEY (FP GENETICS)

What are we seeing in this variety? It stood very well, test weight, kernel size both looked great this year. AAC Wesley has very high groat percentage, good beta-glucan and protein contents, and an oil level in the range acceptable to the milling industry. It is rated 'R' for BYDV.

CDC SO-I - Brown super oat

The main feature of CDC SO-I is a combination of a more digestible, low lignin hull with higher than normal groat fat content resulting in greater energy density and digestibility for cattle than other available oat varieties. Good for backgrounding cattle.
